Our agents will be on site for scheduled private viewings for four of our new home communities. Please schedule your showing in advance using the links below. 

The following guidelines will apply to all showings:

 

-Only one group allowed in each house at one time

-Pre-scheduled appointments are required

-All buyers and agents must wear a mask and sanitize their hands upon arrival before entering the house. We ask that buyers and agents bring their own masks/face coverings.

-All buyers and agents will be verbally screened before being allowed entry into the house. Contact information must also be provided. Anyone who has been in contact with a COVID-19 confirmed case, or who has COVID-19 symptoms will not be allowed entry into the house.

-Please take your temperature prior to arrival to share with the agent on site. Anyone with a temperature of 100.0 or above will not be allowed to enter.

-Buyers and agents will not be permitted to touch anything inside the house. All lights will be on and all doors opened.
